PUNCH reports that “after one month of acute shortage of Anti-Snake Venom resulting in massive snakebite deaths across Nigeria, 5,000 vials of the ASV have arrived into the country.

“Federal Government has‎ revealed that up to 246, 000 small-scale businesses in the country have been formalized and made bankable through its Micro, Small and Medium Enterprise (MSME) Clinic currently ongoing in the country.” Business Day reports that The MSME Clinic is an initiative of the Presidential Council on ‘Ease Of Doing Business’, spear-headed by Vice President, Yemi Osinbajo.

The Guardian reports that the “Federal Government says it has recovered $64.63 million debt owed it by Niger and Benin Republics as part-payment for electricity supply to the two neighbouring countries. Minister of Power, Works, and Housing, Babatunde Fashola said “the sector was able to hit 7,000 megawatts (mw) due to the stable peace in the gas-producing area of Niger Delta region.”
