The Management of Conoil Pic (“Conoil or the Company”) would like to notify The Nigerian Stock Exchange (The Exchange), its esteemed shareholders, stakeholders and the general public of the Board appointment of Mr. Ismail Salam as the Acting Executive Director Finance.
Mr. Ismail Salam is an accomplished professional with experience in diverse sectors of the economy. He is a graduate of Accountancy with an MBA in Financial Management and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants.
Mr. Salam brings with him over 30 years of strong and decisive leadership experience in Teaching, Manufacturing, Banking, Telecommunications and now Oil and Gas.
This appointment is, however, subject to the ratification and approval by the shareholders of the Company at the next Annual General Meeting.
