The Audit Committee and Board of Directors of R.T. Briscoe (Nigeria) PLC will hold separate meetings on July 4, 2019, at 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. respectively to consider the audited financial statements of the company for the year ended 31st December 2018.
The closed period for all Directors, persons discharging managerial responsibility and Advisers of the company and their connected persons would commence on the 27th day of June 2019 and end on the 5th day of July 2019 both dates inclusive.
