Azelis to become a leading specialty chemical distributor in Africa and the Middle East through the acquisition of Orkila
Azelis, a leading distributor of speciality chemicals and food ingredients, is delighted to announce that it has signed an agreement to acquire Orkila, the top distributor in this field throughout Africa and the Middle East.
To ensure business continuity the whole Orkila team will remain and continue to run the operations going forward.
