A delegation of the CEIBS Alumni Association Nigeria Chapter has paid a courtesy call on the Management of Interswitch Limited, a payment processing company headquartered in Lagos.

The five-member delegation was led by Association President Mr. Sunday Adebayo Agboola, who is Group Head, Payment and Collection at eTranzact Nigeria Limited. They were accompanied by Dr. Thelma Opara, Head, Business Development, Sales & Marketing at CEIBS Africa.

 

The CEIBS group was graciously received by Mr. Mitchell Elegbe, Group Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Interswitch who is an alumnus of the CEIBS-Wharton-IESE Global CEO Programme. He was joined by his colleagues Madam Tolu Agiri, Group Human Resources Officer and Mr. Mike Ogbalu, Divisional CEO, Verve International. Verve is a subsidiary of Interswitch.

The visit was an opportunity to update the Interswitch team on the role and work of CEIBS and its alumni in Nigeria, and also enlist Mr. Elegbe’s support in the association’s efforts to promote CEIBS in the country.
