MultiChoice Nigeria, emphasized its commitment to quality customer service delivery by extending the operating hours of the MultiChoice Call Centre operating hours.
This is to cater for customers’ needs during the festive season; starting from December 4th to 31st, the call centre hours will now be from 8a.m. to 12 a.m, both on weekdays and weekends. However, the normal 8am to 9pm operating hours will return from January 1st, 2018.
John Ugbe, the Managing Director, MultiChoice Nigeria, said the extension of the Call Centre operating hours is one of the ways the company is making it easier for customers to reach them during the festive season. “This will enhance the level of service delivery this yuletide in a significant way.”
He also said: “As a business, we take a ‘customer first’ approach which involves anticipating customer needs especially during the festive season when we know that families will sit together at home to enjoy our content. They may also need to make enquiries or find out more about other products or services. We remain committed to implementing solutions that will resonate with our customers and lead to improved customer service,”
