My Mother and Her Warriors On Heels

Once every week, mostly vigils, my mum and her friends would meet to pray. And the prayer sessions were always ‘no holds barred’.

I mean they prayed about anything and everything. If one of their children needed university admission or a job, that was the place to fight it out with prayers. If any child was becoming rebellious, that was the place to table it before the Lord. If any of their husbands bid for a contract or needed a promotion at work, that would be the prayer point!

And God was answering them! The results were evident for all to see in the lives of their children and husbands. It was the power of agreement in prayers exemplified right before our eyes!

Dear Christian entrepreneur, do you have those who agree with you in prayers on any need or challenge you may have? If you don’t, please prayerfully look for one. They may be friends or Christian colleagues.

Don’t only have friends with whom you ‘group-gist’ or ‘group-shop’, endeavour to have those with whom you can ‘group-pray’ and present issues before the Lord for divine settlement.

“Again I say to you that if two of you agree on earth concerning anything that they ask, it will be done for them by My father in heaven” Matt.18:19.
