Courteville Business Solutions Plc on Monday disclosed that a Group Managing Director, Adebola Akindele, purchased 2,177,000 shares of the company.
In a statement released on the Nigerian Stock Exchange and signed by Jackson, Etti and Edu, Company Secretary/General Counsel, Courteville Business Solutions, the company said the transaction took place 23rd- 25th September 2020 at the Nigerian Stock Exchange in Lagos.
Adebola Akindele purchased the shares at N0.21k per share, according to the details of the transaction.
