Ellah Lakes Plc announces the resignation of Mr. Frank Ellah as a director of the Company with effect from 6 November 2020. Mr. Ellah is a founding director of Ellah Lakes Plc and has served as the Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer since 2008.
He has a B.A. Honours degree from Essex University, in Colchester, & and MBA City University, London.
The board of directors and management of the Company are grateful to Mr. Frank Ellah for his esteemed service to the Company.
Ellah Lakes was born in 1980 and built one of the largest fish farms in the nation. Through the acquisition of Telluria Farms in May 2019, The company transformed into a vertically integrated Oil Palm Company. Over the next few years, the company plans to become one of the leading Oil Palm producers in Nigeria.
