With the New Year 2024 slogan “No gree for anybody” continues to trend, it is gradually becoming logical action taken by many as no one wants to take anything for granted this year including customers of Wema Bank, who have decided to call them out.
Wema Bank with all its promises of trustworthiness and safe keeping of customer funds, they seems to have gradually fallen as the day goes by with some customers coming up with complains and threats of closing their bank account with them.
One which has caught businesstimes.ng attention is the fact that Wema Bank have failed to refund a Customer’s money of the sum of Two Hundred Thousand Naira (N200,000), after an allege failed POS transaction took place.
Meanwhile, there are many other complain about the bank’s customer service experience, the bank’s mobile app and more.
It is no longer news that the bank has allegedly been losing some customers for a while due to various forms of complains made to the bank without prompt solutions and this has cost the bank a whole lot as they struggle to maintain the few customers available.
