Ferrari, an Italian luxury automobile manufacturer, stated on Wednesday that, after a successful American launch, it will start taking cryptocurrency payments through its dealers in Europe.
The new payment method will be implemented by the end of July and will involve prompt conversion of payments into traditional currency as well as stringent verification of the funds’ origins. Ferrari holds: “The entry into the European market follows the successful launch of this alternative payment system in the United States less than a year ago, to support dealers in better addressing the evolving needs of its clients.”
Continuing, Ferrari intends to extend cryptocurrency transactions to other nations in its global dealer network where cryptocurrencies are permitted by law by the end of 2024.

However, he then withdrew this statement, citing environmental concerns. Musk declared he would only give it more thought if the mining of bitcoin produced less pollution.
