At the Chartered Institute of Directors, Nigeria’s 2024 Fellow’s Night and Investiture Ceremony in Lagos, Dr. Cosmas Maduka, CON, the President/CEO of Coscharis Group, was recently awarded the esteemed Fellow designation in recognition of his outstanding contributions to Corporate Governance and Leadership.
A prominent corporation in Nigeria, Coscharis Group has holdings in several sectors, including logistics, technology, agriculture, and automobiles. Under Dr. Cosmas Maduka’s inspiring direction, the company has expanded to rank among Nigeria’s most respectable commercial conglomerates.
The Institute’s President and Chairman of the Governing Council, Alhaji Tijjani Borodo, LLM, conducted the introduction at the Fellow’s Night and Investiture, which was recently held in Lagos, according to a statement available to BrandSpur business and economy news desk, released by Abiona Babarinde, General Manager, Marketing and Corporate Communications, Coscharis Group.
Alhaji Borodo stated that the purpose of the event, which had as its theme “Public Sector Governance Code: The Route to Public Sector Excellence & National Development,” was to recognize exceptional figures who have made significant contributions to both public and private sector governance in their respective domains.
