UBA Marks 75 years, Issues ₦42.8 Million To 110 Customers In Its Legacy Promo Draw

Africa’s Global Bank, United Bank for Africa (UBA), has once again shown its unwavering dedication to its devoted clientele by rewarding 110 of them with ₦42.8 million in its October Legacy Promo Draw as part of its “75 Years, 75 Winners” celebration. This action is also intended to help customers prosper during a difficult economic period.

After a transparent draw that was broadcast live on YouTube on Saturday, October 26 at Ikeja City Mall in Lagos, the winners were revealed. To ensure fairness and adherence to rules, representatives from the National Lottery Regulatory Commission (NLRC) were there to supervise the procedures.

Customers won prizes ranging from ₦100,000 to ₦1,000,000 at the draw, which was hosted by well-known influencer Akinyemi Omotayo (Asherkine). The bank’s NextGen, Kids, and Teens account holders were given special attention.

Ten clients each received a ₦1,000,000 grand prize in the Bumper Account category. This comprises Goodness Ini Akpan, Ndukife Humphrey Nweke, Martha Davou, Nwafor Joshua Oforbuike, David Okorie, Osuji Nkem Monday, Ikechukwu Ogbonna, Emeka Theddus Ekezie, Believe Ehi Okenyi, and Yusuf Jibril. In the Bumper category, twenty customers also got ₦500,000 each: Henry Odiase, Chigozirim Naphtali Odinakachi, Ukamaka Mercy Nwogwu, Sunday Lawan Modu, Godpsower D-Amos, Terlumu Mabu, Peter Ijabo Ikpor, Anna Ewayi Gideon, Chimezie Michael Nweke, Grace Amaobi, Yemi Odun Ajayi, Ilori Bosede Toyin, Bello Altine, Ubongobong Patrick Anthony, Joy Onosaigbe, Patience I Ikande, Godpsower D-Amos, Udoh Itoro, and Shisu Usman.

Continuing, Favour Onyinyechi Uche, Somtochukwu Mercy Nkwuda, Omidiran Taiwo Ajoke, Isaiah Oladele Olayiwola, Muhammad Umar Sani, Joy Reuben Yaks, Job Ohioma Odion, Gilbert Ikenna Echi, Patience Mbe Obun, Abdulazeez Suleiman, Kenechukwu C Nwani, Royal Julius Denis, David Dayo, Lukman Suleiman, and Saad Saad Abdullahi Christian Uche Enyeghasim, Idodo-Umeh Omamuzo, Wisdom Eko, Anas Abubakar, and Isiya Musa, are among the winners of the ₦250,000 Bumper prize.

Chidiebere Uwanna, Chidera Emmanuel Egbe, Kazeem Kabiru Olatunji, Samuel Johnson Babatunde, Garba Anthony, Ali Muhammad Umar, Chidera Idoko, Peace Ewere Izevbuwa, Blessing Akinsanmi, and Ndubuisi Obioha are the winners of the ₦100,000 Bumper award.

Ten customers in the Savings Account category—Chekwube Kelvin Onah, Esther Chiamaka Samuel, Titilayo Oluyomi Ibikunle, Agbetu Azizat Omonike, Sani Musa, Ezeaku Ikechukwu Joel, Bethel Edi, Ifeyinwa Nwaoha, Jumoke Mary Oluyemi, and Ukah Anayochukwu Daberechukwu—were instantly became millionaires, each receiving ₦1,000,000.

Furthering, Stephen Adeoluwa Adeoti, Oluwanifemi Isaac Adebayo, Amarachi Jennifer Eze, Shem Tsabta Tanimu, Bilal Salihu, Glory Ojimaojo Achimi, Modu Franklyn Chukwuebuka, Oreoluwa Chirstianah Olawuni, Godson Oluwadamilare Obeasor, and Faith Chidera Onyeribe are the NextGen Account holders who each received ₦180,000.

Each of the twenty Kiddies and Teens account holders received ₦200,000. Akogun and Miriam Chukwudalu Maduka Feranmi and Barack Nkenna Deborah Ayomide Ajayi, Udeh Somtochukwu John, Oluwatobi Enoch Oluwole, Faizah Morenikeji Saheed, Fatima Goje Yahaya, Zainab Yakubu, Chisom Sylvia Adika, Ifeoma Delight Nwaokeoma, Terkuma Moses Shiga, Omesi Christabel Atogwe, Chizaram Favour Uzuagu, Moses Goodluck John, Diepriye Irisoanga David, Chinecherem Cajetan, Chibuike Emmanuel Solomon, Deborah Ayomide Ajayi, and Udeh Somtochukwu John.

Ade-Ikuesan Olanike, Ogoegnunam Chinyere, Adeyeye Climate Adetunji, Rita Onifari, Awurimbe Henry Johnson, Adewole Adedamola, Idoko Ifeyinwa Rita, Ayo Esther Eyamuwa, Esther Iyannuolau Elimah, and Sosanya Adebayo Olayemi were among the ten patrons who received ₦100,000 apiece.

Asherkine, the event presenter, also gave everyone special shopping coupons as part of the festivities, BrandSpur banking and finance news reports.

Retail and Regional Banking’s Shamsideen Fashola, who spoke during the draw, congratulated all 110 winners and urged everyone to save for the next one. He also mentioned that the bank intends to give out more prizes to winners in all three categories.

He had this to say: “This is just the beginning of our legacy promo draw, as there are still many more prizes to be won in subsequent monthly draws.
