
Rand Merchant Bank Nigeria (RMB Nigeria) has been recognised as the No. 2 Employer in Nigeria for 2026, marking the second consecutive year the financial institution has received international acclaim for its human resource practices and workplace culture.
The accolade comes from the Top Employers Institute, which certifies organisations worldwide based on rigorous assessment of HR and people management standards. The certification evaluates six core areas: People Strategy, Work Environment, Talent Acquisition, Learning, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, and Wellbeing. RMB Nigeria’s recognition reflects its adherence to global best practices in employee engagement and organisational development.
