Interswitch, one of Africa’s  most ingenious integrated digital payments and commerce firm, has unveiled three new integrated brand campaigns to consolidate its positioning as the trusted enabler of choice for digital payments and electronic commerce across the continent.

The three campaigns, which are Television Video Commercials are themed “Long live the curious”, “Special People” and “Beyond the big picture.”

“Long Live the Curious” is designed to show how curiosity is helping Interswitch change the landscape of digital payments in Nigeria and beyond.

‘Special People’ brings to light how Interswitch keeps the vision of its customers in mind, developing solutions that help them stay ahead of the curve and promising to always be there ahead– wherever their imaginations lead them.

‘Beyond the Big Picture’ is about the foresight to seek out the opportunities that lie on the fringes of the big picture. It’s about not just accepting the given reason for the “why” but pursuing the “why not”.

Speaking at the media launch in Lagos, the Marketing Manager of the company, Olawale Akanbi, said the campaigns become necessary to cater for the various needs and aspirations of its diverse customers, spread across the African continent.

According to Interswitch, these advertising materials are products of many months of research and insight generation from consumers and concept testing. This was to ensure that these campaigns align with the brand promises, which connect and resonate with the company’s target markets.

Interswitch built Nigeria’s transaction switching infrastructure and connected all the banks in the country just over 15 years ago with the strategic objective of becoming a truly pan-African electronic transactions business. In 2014 the company announced a partnership agreement with Paynet, East Africa’s leading multi-institutional payments provider, creating an unrivalled payments infrastructure spanning nine African countries.
