The Fidelity Bank has dissociated itself from a video showing violence unleashed against a supposed customer in one of its branches in Lagos.
This was stated by the Bank in a statement made available to Brand Spur Nigeria.
From the video, the two individuals involved were suspected of ‘shoulder surfing’ to steal customer card details at the ATM. When the security personnel on duty interceded, the suspects attacked and injured him leading to the intervention of the Mobile Policemen at the bank.
