…Unveils “The Misadventures of Papa Ese”

As part of its efforts to effectively educate and enlighten customers on top burner issues relating to its business, Ikeja Electric has introduced dramatized messaging, unveiling a new drama series known as “The Misadventures of Papa Ese”.

The series which will broadcast on Ikeja Electric’s social media channels will speak to issues relating to staff assault, a collection of receipt after payment, vacant apartment and other related matters.

Speaking on the introduction of the series, Head Corporate Communication, Felix Ofulue, noted that the use of creative communication as an effective messaging strategy was in keeping with the innovative drive of the company to ensure that customers were kept abreast of vital information which has potential benefits to the customer. “For instance, we have an episode that explains what customers need to do in the event that they intend to be away from their apartments for an extended period of time, ensuring that we suspend billing to their accounts”, Ofulue explained.

The series revolves around the comical relationship of Papa Ese and his mischievous son Ese and their frequent run-in with IE officials. It begins airing today.
