NIPC, Convention on Business Integrity (CBi) Sign MoU​

Nigerian Investment Promotion Commission (NIPC) and CBi), managers of a DFID-Funded Programme, have reached an understanding to jointly promote Investment into the Nigerian Agriculture Sector and build the capacity of the Commission’s staff on Business Ethics practices and Sector Profiling processes for the growth and development of the economy.

The Executive Secretary of NIPC, Ms Yewande Sadiku signed on behalf of the Commission while the CEO/Country Director of CBi, Mr Adesoji Apampa, signed on behalf CBi.

In line with the objectives of the MOU, both parties are jointly collaborating in organising the Nigerian Agriculture Investment Summit.

The objective of the Summit which will hold in Abuja on 06 August 2019 is to provide a pipeline of investment opportunities generated from tested innovations in four sub-sectors of the Nigerian agricultural sector, namely maize, cassava, aquaculture and dairy.
