Big Brother Naija (BBN) 2019 reality star, Mike Edwards, who is currently one of the housemates in the ongoing season 4 show, is one fellow to look out for once he is out of the competition as he has gotten some cool qualities to sell to the Nigerian market.

A brief about the reality Tv show star is that he is a married man that so much loves his wife and family as he will never trade them for anything. Not just that, he is being recorded as the first Black man to own a cigarette line known as AIREYYS in the United Kingdom.

According to him in an interview with the Voice online, he said, “I founded AIREYYS as I noticed there were a lot of misconceptions of men with beards. I wanted to bridge the gap and promote the well-groomed bearded gentlemen, instead of the old taboo of beards being scruffy. I took this focus into my design concept “The Dark Horse” – our top selling range of beard oils – which became my approach and slogan for AIREYYS limited branding.”

Aside from being a boss himself, he is also a professional athlete, who has represented Britain, as has also made an attempt to represent his country Nigeria at the Commonwealth Games in 2018, but was let down, yet never gave up his hopes knowing that someday, things will fall in place.

His stint so far in the BBN reality show, expresses his desire towards penetrating the Nigerian market both as an athlete and ability to promote his Cigar brand which is already doing well for him. With his charisma and level of intellectual sagacity in the house, it is evident that he will make a good TV host, public speaker, Voice-Over artist, model and a brand ambassador.

Considering the high rate of cigarette consumers in Nigeria and Africa, the BBN show is a good platform for the charming CEO to capitalize towards pitching his business tent. His composure in the house shows that he is not after the prize money but an avenue to sell his face not just to Nigeria but Africa at large. Winning the prize money will also go a long way in helping his business as he hopes to reinvest into his company if he happens to win the money.

On how he started smoking and how he manufactures his Cigar, he said, “My first memory of smoking a cigar was at my university graduation. I wanted to start a family tradition by smoking a cigar after the ceremony! I’ve always enjoyed the pleasure of a fine cigar. I knew during the early stages of the company I would eventually create my own line, but like anything, great it takes time. I manufacture all our cigars by hand, using techniques I’ve studied of world-renowned master rollers in New York City.”
