CWG Plc. (the Company) wishes to notify The Nigerian Stock Exchange (The Exchange), its shareholders, and the Investing public that the Board of Directors of the Company recently confirmed Mr Adewale Adeyipo as the substantive Managing Director/Chief Executive officer with effect from 1st August 2019.
Adewale holds a BSc in Computer Science from University of Ilorin, he is an Alumni of Lagos Business School (LBS) and has also attended premium sales and leadership trainings both locally and internationally. Prior to now, Adewale has held several leadership positions in CWG including business development for the Telecommunications arm in 2010 and Business Director for PAN Africa Initiatives in 2014.
He has previously served as a Director in Consultative Sales and Managed Services Engagements for Telecommunication Companies, which he has done for onwards of 12 years and was appointed to the Board as Executive Director on June 15, 2018.
