The presidency has dismissed a purported list of ministers-designate and assigned portfolio for them circulating on social media.
Bashir Ahmad, the personal assistant to President Muhammadu Buhari on new media, urged Nigerians to disregard the purported list in a tweet via his official Twitter handle, @BashirAhmad.
“So someone makes a list of Ministers-Designate and assigned portfolio for them. The assigned list is now trending on WhatsApp as usual.
“DISREGARD any list pls. The portfolio will be announced by Mr President after their inauguration as Ministers of the Federal Republic of Nigeria,” he tweeted.
