The Minister of Federal Ministry of Information and Culture, Nigeria, Alhaji Lai Mohammed, has said the federal government is planning a national summit on the role of youths and women in tourism as part of the efforts to harness their talents to develop the sector.

The Minister made the announcement at the ongoing 23rd General Assembly of the United Nations World Tourism Organization (UNWTO) in St. Petersburg, Russian Federation, on Tuesday.

”It’s incontestable today that the industry that creates jobs fastest is tourism.
