In summary, the All-Share Index (ASI) increased by 25.72 absolute points, representing a growth of 0.10% to close at 26,867.79 points. Similarly, the overall Market Capitalization size gained N12.42 billion, representing an increase of 0.10% to close at N12.97 trillion.
ROYALEX emerged as the top gainer, while SEPLAT emerged as top loser.
The uptrend was impacted by gains recorded in large and medium capitalized stocks, amongst which are; TRANSCORP (+8.08%), FBNH (+5.69%), MTNN (+3.81%), UACN (+3.49%), DANGSUGAR (+2.94%), ACCESS (+1.00%), ETI (+0.77%), UBA (+0.70%), and ZENITHBANK (+0.35%).

The Naira at the official window closed unchanged at N307.00/$1, same as on Tuesday.
The Investors and Exporters (I&E) FX window opened at N364.35, traded high at N366.05 and eventually closed at N364.79, representing a 0.08% depreciation as against last Tuesday’s position. A total of $47.51 million was transacted through the I&E window today.
MONEY MARKET
Overnight(O/N) rate closed at 2.79%, representing 0.55% depreciation as against Tuesday’s position, while Open Buy-Back (OBB) rate closed at 2.14%, representing 0.36% depreciation as against Tuesday’s position.
