The Okumu Oil Palm Company Plc (the Company) wishes to notify The Nigeria Stock Exchange (The Exchange), the Company’s shareholders and the investing public of the appointment of the Law Firm of P.C Obi & Co., represented by Chibuike Odim Onwusoro, Esq., as its new Company Secretary with effect from 16th March 2020.
This follows the resignation of the erstwhile Company Secretary, Mr. Christian J. Mariere, om 31st January 2020.
