We wish to inform The Nigerian Stock Exchange (The Exchange), our shareholders and other stakeholders that the 221st Meeting of the Board of Directors of Niger Insurance Plc previously scheduled to hold on June 8, 2020, has been moved to June 10, 2020, to enable all Directors to participate in the Meeting.
Kindly be informed that the closed period earlier announced to commence on May 22, 2020, subsists and continues to run until twenty-four (24) hours after the financial statements approved at the meeting are filed with The Exchange.
