Portland Paints and Products Nigeria Plc hereby notifies The Nigerian Stock Exchange, its esteemed shareholders, stakeholders and the general public of the change within its finance function following the departure of Mr. Raheem Adejumobi from the Company’s employment as the Finance Manager with effect from May 29, 2020.
The Company has since appointed Mrs. Ada Aniagu as the Chief Finance Officer who will assume all responsibilities and obligations of the former Finance Manager.
