The ABC Transport Plc on Friday disclosed insider dealing of 1,254,950 shares acquired by a related company, Rapido Ventures Limited between June 1 and June 29, 2020.
In a statement signed by the Company Secretary, Onyekachukwu C. Chigba, released through the Nigerian Stock Exchange, the transport company sold the shares at various prices and volumes as shown below:
