AM&P Advisory Services has increased its stake in UAC of Nigeria PLC.
The Company in a notice to the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE) said AM&P Advisory Services acquired 55,100,000 units of shares on 31st August 2020.
AM&P Advisory Services bought these additional shares valued at N312,968,000.00
(at an average price of N5.68 per unit) in three different transactions on 31st August 2020, according to the notice signed by Godwin A Samuel, Company Secretary, UAC of Nigeria Plc.
Breakdown of the share dealing by the insider:
- 54,030,858 shares – N5.75 per share
- 200,542 shares – N5.70 per share
- 868,600 shares – N5.60 per share
