NPF Microfinance Bank on Monday announced that Habeeb Amuda Yusuf, a Regional Head for the Northern Zone, sold 2,000,000 ordinary shares between August 24 and 25, 2020, at an average price of N1.22 per share.
The shares were sold in accordance to the NSE rule on insider dealing.
In a note released via the Nigerian Stock Exchange, the company said Habeeb Yusuf bought these shares in five different transactions, according to Osaro Odemudia, the Company Secretary.
