The Mutual Benefits Assurance Plc on Thursday disclosed that one of its directors, Ebube Ezeagwula purchased 2,500,000 UBA shares at N0.21k per share.
Ebube Ezeagwula is also the co-Chairman of FUTeLIV KONSULT and President/Chief Executive Officer for Eye Express 20-20.
In a statement signed by Jide Ibitayo, Company Secretary, Mutual Benefits Assurance and released through the Nigerian Stock Exchange on Thursday, the insurer said Ebube Ezeagwula purchased ordinary shares of the company on September 4, 2020, at the Nigerian Stock Exchange in Lagos.
