The Chief Executive Officer of Ellah Lakes Plc, Chuka Mordi, has offloaded some of his stakes in the company.
In a note to the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE), the company was disclosed that the CEO sold about 14,220,000 units of the company’s stocks in his portfolio.
In the statement signed by Kenechi Ezezika (OAKE Legal), it was further stated that the shares were offloaded by him at a unit price of N4.25 on Thursday, September 17, 2020, at the exchange. The total share purchased amounts to N60,435,000.
