Insider Dealing: Gilbert Obiajulu Adds 95,900 Cutix Shares to His Holdings

Cutix Plc, a Nigerian quoted firm which manufactures and markets electrical, automobile and telecommunication wires, cables and related products has issued a notice of share dealing by insiders involving 300,000 shares purchase by Dr Gilbert Obiajulu Uzodike, a substantial shareholder at N1.70 per share which amounted to N510,000.

The notice signed by Nwokporo Chinwendu, Company Secretary said the transaction took place on 18th September 2020.

During the month, Dr Gilbert Obiajulu Uzodike, the founder and Chairman of Cutix Plc purchased additional 95,900 shares of the company.

The Founder purchased a total of 95,900 ordinary shares of Cutix Plc at an aggregate price of N1.75, on September 16, 2020.

This was in addition to the 650,000 purchased between September 9 and September 15, 2020, in Lagos.

Cutix Plc engages in the manufacture and marketing of electrical, automobile and telecommunication wires, cables, and related products. Its products include aluminium twist cables, armoured cables, bare aluminium conductor, flexible or auto cables, and regular cables.
