African Alliance Insurance Plc. wishes to announce to its esteemed stakeholders that due to the current situation in Lagos which necessitated the imposition of curfew by the Lagos State Government, we regret to inform you that we will not be able to conduct our 50th AGM physically at the venue earlier advertised due to the current circumstance but it shall be conducted virtually following the decision of our Board of Directors at its pre-AGM meeting held today, October 26, 2020.

However, arrangements have been made to ensure the physical presence of the principal officers of the company and all designated proxies at our corporate head office at 54, Awolowo Road, Ikoyi.
