United Capital Plc has notified the Nigerian Stock Exchange that its Director of Resources, Bolanle Ibitola, acquired 1.7 million units of United Capital Plc shares, worth ₦7.021million in line with the new Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE) insider dealing policy.
In a note signed by the company secretary, Leo Okafor, and made available through the Nigerian Stock Exchange, the leading African investment banking group said Bolanle Ibitola (Director of Resources) purchased a total of 1,700,000 ordinary shares of United Capital Plc, at an average price of N4.13 per unit on November 6, 2020.
