Jalāl ad-Dīn Muhammad Rūmī commemorated 747th death anniversary on December 7 and December 17 at Seb-i Arus Ceremonies held in Konya, one of the major cities of Turkey.

JAKATA, INDONESIA – Media OutReach – 23 December 2020 – When
the news of the pandemic first broke early this year, many plans revolving
travelling, large weddings and unions for festive celebrations were put on hold
for the greater good. While many countries have yet to open their doors for
international travelling, Indonesia is one of the few who still allows their
locals to cross borders internationally (with the strict ruling to follow the
proper SOPs), allowing for Indonesians to carry on with their wanderlust dreams
yet witnessing meaningful occasions such as the Seb-i Arus ceremony in Turkey.

Every year since 1937, Jalāl ad-Dīn Muhammad Rūmī is
being commemorated on his death anniversary at Seb-i Arus (Night of Reunion
with the Divine) commemoration ceremonies in Konya, the birthplace of the
Mevlevi order in the 13th century and home to Rumi’s tomb. Konya is
a city known not only for Mevlâna, but also for its rich culture that blends
significant historical heritage.

2020 marked the 747th
death anniversary of the world-renowned Sufi mystic, poet, and scholar Jalāl ad-Dīn Muhammad Rūmī known
to the world as Rumi. This year on December 7 and December 17, with the support
of the T.R. Ministry of Culture and Tourism and Turkish Tourism Promotion
and Development Agency,
Sema ceremonies as part of Seb-i Arus ceremonies were
held at Rumi Cultural Center, in Konya. Due to the pandemic and limited
participation apart from the special guests and invitees of the ministry, the
ceremonies were livestreamed on GoTurkey’s Twitter and Facebook accounts and
real time stories will be shared from GoTurkey’s Instagram account (www.goturkey.com).

With the participation of Speaker of
the Turkish Grand National Assembly, Prof. Dr. Mustafa Şentop and
Turkish Minister of Culture and Tourism, Mehmet Nuri

to
the celebrations, Vice President of International Mevlâna (Rūmī) Foundation, Esin Çelebi Bayru (who is also Rumi’s 22nd
generation granddaughter and sociologist) and writer and Rumi expert, Ali
Bektaş got together with journalists from all around the world.

According to Indonesian travel-enthusiast
and social media personality, Wira Nurmansyah, the teachings of Mevlâna about
love is widely known in Indonesia and has a great effect over locals such as
himself.

“The witnessing of the ritual is deeply
touching to me. Not only that, the spiritual atmosphere of Konya has a positive
influence for a Muslim such as myself, apart from the many other Muslim
attractions located in Turkey,” said Wira, who added that this ceremony left
him a great impression on his first trip to Turkey on early December 2020.

Another of Indonesia’s social media
personality, Ashari Yudha had also attended the ceremony with Wira on this
trip, which they were personally invited as guests hosted by Turkish
Embassy Tourism Office
and Tourism Tourism Promotion and Development
Agency
for this special occasion.

Seb-i Arus ceremonies, an annual
ritual in Turkey

Seb-i Arus ceremonies, which are held
every year on December 17, means ‘wedding night’ in Turkish. The wedding night
is known in the Mevlevi order as the night Jalāl ad-Dīn Muhammad Rūmī died. Since Jalāl ad-Dīn Muhammad Rūmī considered
his death not as an end but as a reunion with his beloved God, his death
anniversary is called the ‘Wedding Night‘ also referred as ‘The Night of Reunion’. Rumi interprets
death as a return to one’s origin, a “return to Allah” due to the fact that its
source is a divine ore; according to him death is not the disappearance of the
body, but the flight towards Allah. Rumi expresses his philosophy about death
with these words: “Everyone refers to it as departing, I, however, refer to
it as a reunion
.”

Dachser increases capacity of its air network for 2021

HONG KONG SAR - Media OutReach - 27 January 2021 - Starting in mid-January, logistics service provider Dachser continues its weekly air charter from Hong Kong to Frankfurt. This route will now become a year-round service providing shippers with a reliable transport solution.

Rumi commemorated 747th Death Anniversary at Seb-i Arus ceremonies in Konya - Brand Spur

Dachser provides dedicated capacity with its own air freight network

"At the end of last year, the effect of increased e-commerce became especially evident in the load factors and intensified the shortfall in capacity," says Timo Stroh, Head of Global Air Freight at Dachser.

"And we'll see this happen again with the usual increase in freight volumes in the run-up to the Chinese New Year in February. Our dedicated own Dachser air network capacity provides our customers with security and makes us less vulnerable to the fallout from volatile market events."

Apart from the Hong Kong-to-Frankfurt connection, the company also offers the same charter service for the Frankfurt-to-Chicago route and return.

By establishing its own network with dedicated capacity last year, it created security and stability for its customers on the most important freight routes between Europe, Asia, and the US.

When the pandemic left a large proportion of passenger aircraft grounded, transporting freight as additional loads on these aircraft was no longer an option, which had an impact on global air freight capacity. The air freight sector is still feeling the effects of this capacity shortage.

Interlocking air and overland transport

By developing its air network capacity, Dachser is responding to market demand. The program's fixed transit times make the service reliable and enable customers to plan ahead. Combining its Road Logistics and Air & Sea Logistics networks allows Dachser to respond quickly to changing route situations in Europe and accelerate the pickup and delivery processes.

"With this global network capability, we can offer our customers a robust and reliable capacity solution," Stroh says.

An expansion of the Dachser air network is planned for the second quarter, so the logistics service provider will be well prepared to handle the uncertain market environment in 2021.

About Dachser

Headquartered in Germany, Dachser is one of the world's leading logistics providers. Using its own in-house developed IT-systems, Dachser incorporates transport, warehousing, and value-added services to provide comprehensive supply chain solutions. Thanks to some 31,000 employees based in 393 locations all over the globe, Dachser generated a consolidated net revenue of approximately EUR 5.7 billion in 2019. The same year, the logistics provider handled a total of 80.6 million shipments weighing 41.0 million metric tons. Country organizations represent Dachser in 44 countries.

In Asia, Dachser employs more than 1,696 people in 48 locations in 12 Business Areas. Its Asia Pacific Regional Head Office is located in Hong Kong.

HONG KONG SAR - Media OutReach - 27 January 2021 - To welcome a new year full of hope and challenge, Lee Tung Avenue, the largest outdoor pedestrian street in Hong Kong, continues to cheer for everyone in the new year. From 29 January to 2 May 2021, a brand-new art installation "Butterflies of Hope.Blessing Lanterns", which integrates both Chinese and Western aesthetics, will be at LTA and destined to be the next popular check-in spot in town! Blessing Lanterns celebrate the new year of the Ox

LTA wishes the Lunar New Year will be a good start to the year. To welcome the year of the Ox with happiness and auspice, the world's 1st AI butterfly light and shadow art installation last Christmas will be recreated to celebrate Lunar New Year with you! The use of AI innovates the installation with festive music and lightings. There will also be traditional Chinese red lanterns hanging on the entire boulevard, which adds harmony, auspice and blessings to the whole installation.

According to William Chan -- the Centre General Manager of Lee Tung Avenue Management Company Limited, it normally takes a great deal of time to innovate such a large-scale installation. However, thanks to the integration of AI technology, Butterflies of Hope can shift in a short time from a pure Western-style winter atmosphere to a decoration full of both Chinese festivity and Western aesthetics. Better yet, the innovation at the same time reduces waste, in line with the concept of eco-friendly upcycling.

A blend of Hope & Harmony, and Chinese & Western styles

Wish everyone a desired and auspicious new year

The new "Butterflies of Hope.Blessing Lanterns" is created by Victor Wong, a local visual effects director and 2019 MARTELL Artist of the Year. Just as butterflies are a living embodiment of hope, lanterns are a symbol of harmony and auspice. Blending Chinese and Western styles is not simply adding traditional Chinese lanterns. The shape and lines of the butterflies are also designed to imitate some traditional Chinese auspicious patterns, which merges Chinese and Western aesthetics in a more sophisticated fashion. Coupled with AI-powered lighting and music that match the festive ambience, such as the constant change of butterfly shapes, the installation transforms LTA into an urban village of Lunar New Year joys. The use of Art Tech must bring everyone a new surprise. It is definitely the perfect place for families to check in at the Lunar New Year!

World's first AI butterfly light art installation,

Art Tech shines a ray of hope to our brighter future

With the advance of technology, the integration of art and technology innovation sets the new trend of art development -- Art Tech. "Butterflies of Hope.Blessing Lanterns"  is a case in point. Victor takes butterfly as the theme, symbolizing beauty, love, hope, positivity, happiness, and revival. The installation features a 7-meter stained glass butterfly and over 350 little illusion glass butterflies shattering holiday cheer all over the atrium and boulevard. Victor and LTA hope that by the butterfly's uniqueness, viewers can feel the regeneration and vitality of life and face the future hopefully and positively. May everyone have a happy Lunar New Year with positive vibes!

Frog King celebrates Lunar New Year with you at Art Market

Alongside the hopeful and auspicious "Butterflies of Hope .Blessing Lanterns" brought by Victor, there will be "Frog King" -- Kwok Man Ho, "kiwisual" the art stones and a group of artists writing spring couplets (Fai Chun) for everyone to bring happiness and blessings back home on 30-31 January. Their artworks will pour vibrancy and creativity all over the boulevard. Further, some of their artworks will be selected and sold online for charity (https://bit.ly/3g0xxqE), with part of the proceeds being a charitable donation to "Soap Cycling". Josh even created a butterfly art painting named "FLY" for LTA. The rich use of colors allows viewers to feel positive and joyful hope.

Soap Cycling DIY -- Spreading the fun of Eco-Friendliness

A series of recycled materials will be exhibited at the same time. Meanwhile, local artist Agnes Pang is specially invited for decoration design and conception. Agnes advocates the idea of "taking what others discard" and excels in making good use of life resources, turning the "garbage" in people's eyes into useful materials for creations. Based on the symbol of beauty and happiness -- "butterflies", Agnes has made flowers with round plastic bottles and fruit wrapping nets. She meticulously transforms ordinary butterflies into flying "flower butterflies", so as to bring joy, creativity, and positive energy to everyone. Wish everyone shine and enjoy life even in adversity. Besides, DIY kits will go to the charity sale on weekends, with the series of soaps limited to Lunar New Year only! Hopefully, the promotion of environmental protection will make this new year more lovely and meaningful.

Securing Payments in Asia: Omise Integrates the EMV 3DS 2.2 Protocol Using Netcetera’s 3DS Server

Securing payments in Asia with latest 3-D Secure technology - Omise integrates the EMV(R) 3DS 2.2 protocol using Netcetera's 3DS Server

ZURICH, SWITZERLAND and SINGAPORE - EQS Newswire - 27 January 2021 -

Securing payments in Asia with latest 3-D Secure technology
Omise integrates the EMV 3DS 2.2 protocol using Netcetera's 3DS Server

The Payment Service Provider Omise has implemented the Netcetera 3-D Secure Server to secure online payment transactions in the APAC region. Netcetera, a market leader for digital payment solutions, offers certified products for 3DS payment processing, and promotes secure and frictionless consumer authentication. With the go-live beginning of January 2021, Omise is among the first PSP customers to implement the latest EMV(R) 3DS 2.2 protocol, enabling them to increase the approval rates and reduce fraud.

PSPs, merchants and acquirers need to reduce the risk for non-authenticated transactions, associated refunds and lost revenue, while at the same time establishing a frictionless flow and improving the cardholder experience during online shopping. Finding the right balance of serving both security and convenience is a challenge.

To successfully address this challenge, Omise decided to implement the network-certified and PCI-ready Netcetera 3-D Secure Server on premise solution. They are among the first PSPs to implement the 3DS server with the latest protocol EMV 3DS 2.2. Jatuporn Pinnuvat, Head of Product Innovation at Omise, says: "After a thorough evaluation and investigation of different suppliers and products, we decided on Netcetera with their flexible, agile and independent payment offering. We consider their 3DS server as the most reliable and viable product to support secure and convenient transactions. The implementation was smooth and efficient, and we were able to save a lot of time and effort thanks to the comprehensive technical documentation, educational webinars and Netcetera's professional support."

With their strong presence, providing service to thousands of merchants in the APAC region, Omise is a major player in the payment industry, and drives security and convenience of online payments together with Netcetera. Kiril Milev, Managing Director of Netcetera's location in Singapore, says: "We are convinced that we can bring value to the payment industry with our certified and state-of-the-art products, driving e-commerce payment forward.
