Sunlight Real Estate Investment Trust secures its Sustainability-linked Loan of HK$500 million from DBS Hong Kong

that Sunlight Real Estate Investment Trust (“Sunlight REIT“) has secured
a HK$500 million sustainability-linked loan today.
