The Board of Directors of Trans-Nationwide Express PLC approved the appointments of the following Non-Executive Directors of the Company:
- Olusegun Isaiah Adeoye
- Johnson Adegoke Olasoko
Trans-Nationwide Express Plc is a transport and logistics company in Nigeria offering services for domestic and international express delivery, haulage, freight and other ancillary transportation and storage services.
Mr. Olusegun Isaiah Adeoye holds a National Diploma degree and a Post-Graduate Diploma degree in Accounting. He is a registered member of several Financial Institutes which includes: the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, Chartered Institute of Stock Brokers of Nigeria, Chartered Institute of Loan & Risk Management of Nigeria, The Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria, the Federal Reporting Council of Nigeria.
He is an authorized trading Clerk on the Floor of the Nigerian Exchange Limited. He has over 8 years working experience as the Chief Financial Officer in different companies in Nigeria.
Mr. Johnson Adegoke Olasoko holds a Bachelor degree and Masters in Business Administration. He is a member of the Certified Institute of Purchasing & Supply with experience in procurement for Pharmaceuticals, Manufacturing and Communication Companies.
He briefly worked with Airtel Nigeria as the General Manager, Sourcing. He is currently the Managing Director of Dapahan Nigeria Limited, a Company that has been in existence for about 16 years.
