The Chinese smartphone manufacturer will launch the Oppo Find X5 series smartphones in China during a launch event on February 24th at 7 PM local time.
Oppo will unveil several products at the launch event, including the Find X5 Pro Dimensity edition, Find X5 Pro, Find X5, Pad Tablet, and Enco X2 TWS earbuds.
The Find X5 Pro Dimensity edition smartphone from Oppo will be the world’s first to be powered by MediaTek’s flagship Dimensity 9000 chipset. The specifications of Oppo’s new Find X5 smartphones have been leaked ahead of their official release.
According to the leaks, the upcoming Oppo Find X5 Pro Dimensity edition smartphone will have a 6.7-inch Quad HD+ AMOLED E4 display with a screen resolution of 3216 x 1440 pixels and a refresh rate of 120 Hz. The LTPO 1.0 technology is said to be used in the display.
The handset is said to be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9000 chipset, with 12 GB of LPDDR5 RAM and 256 GB of internal storage. The Snapdragon chipset variant will have various storage and memory options, including 8 GB RAM + 256 GB internal storage, 12 GB RAM + 256 GB internal storage, and 12 GB RAM + 256 GB internal storage.
The handset is said to have a 50 megapixel primary camera sensor on the back and a 32 megapixel camera sensor on the front. The device will have a 5,000 mAh battery, as well as support for 80 W fast charging and 50 W wireless charging.
It will run ColorOS 12.1, which is based on the most recent Android 12. The Oppo Find X5 Pro Dimensity Edition handset has dimensions of 163.7 x 73.9 x 8.5 mm and weighs 216 grams.
