In honor of Africa Day on May 25, Netflix will release a new collection titled “From Cape to Cairo,” which will highlight African stories and storytellers.

 

 

In conjunction with the collection, Netflix will launch a new podcast called “African time, Never late”, which will showcase Netflix’s newest African shows, Blood Sisters (Nigeria) and Savage Beauty (South Africa), both of which will premiere in May.

The Podcast and the Collection both strive to highlight Africa’s ingenuity and ability. The collection will offer a wide range of entertainment, including newly released African films.

 

 

The podcast will also include a diverse group of African talents from across the continent who will discuss their experiences with diversity and inclusion in the creative industry. African stories will take a huge step toward exhibiting its cultural heritage to a worldwide audience with the launch and distribution of the podcast and collection.
