The management of First City Monument Bank (FCMB) has apologised to customers over the disruption of its service
Brand Spur Nigeria earlier reported that the service disruption started on Thursday through Friday, after which customers took to their Twitter page, to pour their anger.
However, the bank sent the apology message to its customers via its mobile app, noting that the service has been restored, hours after several complaints from customers.
The message sent to Brand Spur Nigeria by a customers reads: “We apologise for the service disruption on our FCMB Mobile App. Please be informed that service has been restored.”
