Arsenal winger, Nicolas Pepe, is wanted on loan by OGC Nice, according to Foot Mercato.
The English Premier League (EPL) club completed the signing of the Ivory Coast winger from Lille for a club-record fee in 2019 with the Gunners paying £72m for him.
In three years at Arsenal, he has only managed to score 16 goals in 80 Premier League games for the club.
The 27-year-old is keen on the move and initial talks have already taken place.
Pepe has fallen out of favour and is yet to feature this season.
Pepe had made appearances during the early friendly matches as part of the pre-season camp, but it soon became clear that he was not a preferred option for the manager, Mikel Arteta, who had a front line in mind when picking his teams.
Given the money he cost and could also be on when it comes to wages, a potential exit for first-team football could be on the cards.
