RAK Meets Non-Indigene Heads In Badagry Ahead Of Sanwo-Olu's Elections

As part of his effort towards delivering massive votes for Mr. Governor, Babajide Olusola Sanwoolu, the honourable Special Adviser to Governor on Special Duties and Intergovernmental Relations,  Mr. Mobolaji Ogunlende (RAK) has swiftly embarked on sensitization visits to group heads of Non-Indigenes in Badagry Federation – Olorunda LCDA, Badagry West LCDA and Badagry Central LG

 

The group consists of Hausa’s, Kanuri’s, Igbos, South South, Yorubas, Ewe’s, Fulani, etc.

Ogunlende, in his address, was able to convince the group heads about the need to vote for Sanwo-Olu, who has provided a business-friendly environment for them, not leaving out his non-nepotic attitude.

 

Our governor is not just accommodating. He has proven to be a patriotic citizen by providing quality education for all, including the non indigenes. The governor has also set a good record by giving political appointments to the non indigenes  and many more. Ogunlende said.

He however appealed to the group heads to ensure they mobilise their people out to vote massively for Sanwo-Olu, whom he described as the performing Governor and the two House of Assembly candidates from APC, Hon. Bonu Solomon and Hon. Engr. Setonji David

While responding, Alhaji Faizal, the Serikin Hausa, Badagry West commended Mr. Governor for practising an inclusive system of government.

 

Faizal assured Ogunlende of their votes, noting that Badagry Federation non indigenes will be well mobilised in the coming elections.

 

Leader of Igbo community, Badagry Central, Chief Ojigbese Kenneth expressed thus: ‘although we voted the last time, we will ensure we double up our votes this time for Mr. Governor.

 

Alh. Chief Akeem Sanni , the leader of Yoruba community Badagry federation said it is high time all Yoruba in the area rise up to defend their land and they will not hesitate to do all within their reach to bring back Gov. Sanwo-Olu for a second term.

 

He further said the Yoruba’s in the area are peace loving and love Asiwaju and Sanwo.
