Owner of the Hilton Hotel in Ile-Ife, Dr. Rahman Adedoyin, was given a death by hanging sentence by Justice Oyebola Ojo, chief judge of Osun State.
Adedoyin, the owner of the Hilton Hotel in Ile-Ife where Timothy Adegoke, a postgraduate student at OAU, was allegedly killed, was found guilty of murder earlier, according to Justice Ojo.
According to the facts of the case presented by the prosecuting attorney, Femi Falana, SAN, Justice Ojo found the hotel owner and two of his employees guilty of conspiracy to commit murder and unlawful killing of the deceased. Her ruling is still pending.
