Social media went abuzz with conversations following the resignation of Olu Akanmu  President/Co-Chief Executive Officer of OPay Digital Services Limited (“OPay”)

BrandSpur Nigeria understands that Olu Akanmu made the announcement of his resignation on his social media handles on Monday, 31 July 2023.

Akanmu was Executive Director for Retail Banking at FCMB for more than eight years before he was appointed President, OPay Nigeria in 2021.
