Oduwa Chain Marks 5-year Anniversary With Updated Software Protocol

The dev at Oduwa Chain, the layer-1 protocol for Oduwacoin, has disclosed its plan to commemorate a significant milestone as it celebrates five years of innovation, growth, and impact.

Since its inception in 2018, Oduwa Chain, which was founded by renowned pan-Africanist Bright Enabulele, has consistently pushed the boundaries of technological advancement, and in a month’s time, the ecosystem will unveil the highly anticipated Oduwacoin protocol software update, EDOSA.

The updates, which will be available on OduwaX GitHub, include -updated Leveldb, which should resolve the “missing UTXO”s staking issue, updated dependencies and ported the build system from Bitcoin Core 0.20+/ Oduwacoin Core IVIE, Univalue to v1.0.3, and update to Qt v5.12.11, and more.

EDOSA, according to Enabulele, who’s also known as Nana Obudazie Oduwa I, represents a groundbreaking evolution for Oduwa Chain, underscoring the ecosystem’s unwavering commitment to revolutionising the blockchain landscape.

Enabulele said with a trajectory of consistent growth and a dedicated focus on the Pan-African user-centric solutions, Oduwa Chain has solidified its position as a trailblazer as far as cryptocurrency and blockchain technology are concerned. EDOSA is a testament to our commitment to excellence and our vision for the future.”

Explaining that EDOSA means the appointed time, the Oduwacoin creator stated that the protocol software update is a testament to Oduwa Chain’s commitment to excellence and vision for the future.

While maintaining that our people cannot take a knife to a gunfight and expect to win, Enabulele said Oduwacoin is ready to change the status quo of how money moves through Africa and the rest of the world. He added that EDOSA encompasses a host of features that promise to redefine user experiences within the blockchain ecosystem. These advancements, he explained, are poised to amplify efficiency, security, and accessibility, ultimately catalyzing a new era of possibilities for both novice and experienced users of Oduwacoin.
