
One of Nigeria’s oldest financial institution, Union Bank of Nigeria, seems to be losing it’s customers daily due to poor services they alleged to be getting from the bank as many have continued to call out the bank via social media.
BrandSpur Nigeria reports that some customers of Union Bank alleged that they have been enduring various failed transactions from the bank without refund, while some claimed that they were wrongfully debited as no explanation was given.
Until now, Union bank has been a top notch financial institution whose services have been recommendable but failed as they couldn’t manage their large customer base over time.
