Maureen Omi Ifada Appointed Marketing Director At FrieslandCampina WAMCO

The Top Dairy company in Nigeria, FrieslandCampina WAMCO, has appointed Maureen Omi Ifada as its new marketing director for the Sub-Saharan Africa Cluster.

She brings to the position nearly two decades of varied experience in marketing and brand management.

She started her career at FrieslandCampina more than ten years ago, holding a number of increasingly responsible positions. She was most recently Sub-Saharan Africa’s Head of Channel & Category Development. She developed strategic partnerships to drive retail conversion, oversaw the conceptualization and drafting of overall channel and category strategies, and converted brand plans into successful channel initiatives to improve product presence across all channels.

During her time at FrieslandCampina, Maureen showed that she could create and carry out comprehensive marketing plans that matched market trends and customer demands. Her efforts continuously resulted in higher volume, greater market share, and long-term profitability for the business.

Maureen has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Ambrose Alli University and a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Management from the Edinburgh Business School (UK).

In her capacity as marketing director, she will be crucial in directing marketing campaigns and strategies for FrieslandCampina products, guaranteeing the company’s sustained market dominance and customer satisfaction.
