
“Ecobank Super Rewards Millionaire Geng Promo” is a programme that Ecobank Nigeria, a subsidiary of the Ecobank business, the top pan-African banking business, has started to reward its most devoted customers with.
540 customers will earn different financial awards for depositing their funds over the six-month promotion, which begins on July 1 and finishes on December 31, 2024.
Head of Consumer, Banking Adeola Ogunyemi, announced the launch of the campaign and explained that it is a part of the bank’s goal to reward loyal customers. She also added to the banking and finance news, that the programme would deepen financial inclusion for Nigerians of all classes, particularly those living in rural and semi-urban areas. She clarified that anyone who is a current or potential individual bank client in the nation is eligible to participate and receive rewards in addition to having an excellent banking experience.
She said, “Under the reward initiative, 520 of our customers will win N50,000 monthly for 6 months; 16 customers are expected to win N500,000 quarterly in September and December and 4 customers will win N2,000,000 each at the end of campaign. We expect many Nigerians particularly those that are yet to have account with us to avail themselves of this opportunity and enjoy the top-notch services that we offer.”
Head of Consumer Segments & Products, Victor Yalokwu, discussed the campaign’s dynamics and said that in an effort to encourage participation and rewards from both new and returning customers, the requirements to qualify for the campaign were made straightforward.
He stated, “New customers only need to open an account with a minimum of N10,000 and maintain for 30 days to qualify for the monthly draw which also applies to existing customers. To qualify for the quarterly draw, new and existing customers are expected to deposit and maintain a minimum amount of N50,000 for 3 months consecutively while to qualify for the grand prize, customers are expected to deposit and maintain a minimum amount of N50,000 for 6 months consecutively.
“Customers are expected perform a minimum of 2 transactions monthly,” Yalokwu added.
