Sunday Olumorin, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Infinity Trust Mortgage Bank Plc, has resigned from the bank. The Nigeria Exchange Limited (NGX), stockholders, and the general investing public were informed of this modification by the bank.
The banking And finance news holds that with effect from July 11th, 2024, the Board has designated Mrs. Ngozi Chukwu as the Acting Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer to oversee the bank’s operations.
Business development manager Mrs. Ngozi Chukwu has fifteen years of expertise and work experience. With her background in banking operations, treasury, product development, marketing, sales, and organisational transformation, she spearheads the bank’s overall business strategy.

Adding to the International Housing Finance Programme in Canada, she has participated in a number of specialty trainings and workshops covering a wide range of topics. These include behavioural science, emotional intelligence, and credit and risk management in the mortgage banking subsector.
Ngozi holds an MBA from Ahmadu Bello University in Zaria, an MPhil from Nile University in Abuja, and a B.Sc. in biochemistry from the University of Uyo in Akwa Ibom State. She is also a member of the Nigeria Institute of Management (NIM).
