The Naira fell to N1,572 per dollar in the parallel market, down from N1,570 per dollar on Wednesday.
Similarly, the Naira rose to N1,566.82 per dollar on the Nigerian Autonomous Foreign Exchange Market (NAFEM).
According to FMDQ data, the indicative exchange rate for NAFEM fell to N1,566.82 per dollar from N1,581.65 per dollar on Wednesday, indicating a naira appreciation of N14.83.
As a result, the difference between parallel market and NAFEM rates has narrowed to N5.18 per dollar, down from N11.65 on Wednesday.
